Refund Policies

Textbooks

Textbooks must be returned by the posted return deadline. A valid cash register receipt must accompany all refunds.

For all summer terms you have one week from the beginning of the term to return your books for any reason.

*To qualify for a refund, books must have the current term’s price sticker intact and must be in clean, resalable condition. New titles must be in their original shrinkwrap. Refunds will be accepted if given the wrong book before the refund date. After the refund date, it is your responsibility to make sure you are purchasing the correct book.

Study Guides * Test Preps * Software * Reference Materials are all NON-REFUNDABLE.

Merchandise Refund Policy

Bags, Back Packs, Clothing, and Supplies are refundable for up to 5 business days from date of purchase. Merchandise must have original packaging, unaltered and unused. Manufacturer defects after refund period can only be exchanged or refunded by the manufacturer. The following items are NON-REFUNDABLE: umbrellas, calculators, phone cards, computer disks, tapes/CDs.
